These Terms of Service govern use of the services provided by Leger Scheduling Solutions ("LSS," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, missed-call recovery, lead capture, customer follow-up, and related communication services.
Service Description
LSS provides technology that helps participating service businesses respond to missed calls, communicate with prospective or existing customers, collect service-request information, capture scheduling preferences, route leads, and manage follow-up. A scheduling preference is not a confirmed appointment. The participating business is responsible for confirming actual availability and service details.
SMS Messaging Terms
SMS messages are sent only after the recipient provides the applicable sender with consent to receive text messages for the disclosed messaging program.
After opting in, you may receive service-related text messages concerning a service request, missed-call follow-up, scheduling, or customer care. Message frequency varies based on your service request and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After an opt-out request is processed, no further messages will be sent for that messaging program except as permitted or required to confirm the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact james@legerscheduling.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. SMS consent applies to the specific sender and messaging program disclosed at opt-in.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You may not use LSS services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized messaging. Businesses using LSS are responsible for obtaining and documenting any consent required for their communications and for complying with applicable laws, carrier rules, and messaging policies.
Availability and Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and message delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, network conditions, device settings, or other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
